This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, courses, and services sold by Yard Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") through The Yard Academy, including the Yard 2.0 course bundle and any related digital products.
All products sold through The Yard Academy are digital products delivered electronically. The Yard 2.0 bundle includes online course content, downloadable materials, templates, prompts, and a premium Shopify theme file.
Because these products are delivered digitally — and the bundle includes downloadable files such as the Shopify theme that cannot be returned or recovered once accessed — all sales are considered final once you have accessed the course platform.
A refund may be issued only if both of the following conditions are met:
If you have accessed the course platform — even once — your purchase is considered final and is not eligible for a refund. This applies regardless of how much content you have or have not viewed, because access to the platform grants the ability to download materials (including the premium Shopify theme) that cannot be returned.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the permanent suspension of your account and access to any Yard Group LLC products or services.
